One of our established career planning programs is the Circle of Excellence program, designed for our customer service representatives.

This formalized path outlines a clear, achievable progression through our company for customer service members, starting from when a new employee is hired. It’s a structured way to succeed, with specialized training and coaching for employees to take on increased responsibilities and pay.

Paid Time Off

We believe that taking time off from work to relax, restore, and spend time with family and friends is vitally important. All employees are offered paid time off from work, such as personal leave time, paid holidays, and personal illness days. CBG also provides time off for bereavement, jury duty, military service, FMLA, and disability. Coming in 2022, CBG will be implementing a formal Family Leave Program.
